Traveling to Indianapolis
Highways 65, 70, 69, and 74 all lead to Indianapolis and half of the nation's population is only a day's drive away.
Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is approximately 10 miles west of downtown Indianapolis off I-70. The airport averages 141 daily flights to 33 nonstop destinations on eight major airlines.
The Go Green Airport Shuttle offers transportation to downtown for $10 (no reservations required). A taxi from the airport is approximately $30 - $35.

Children's Museum Indianapolis
This site will provide attendees the amenities of an all-suite Hilton hotel with a prime location to all the restaurants, sports complexes and historical sites in downtown Indianapolis. The rooms will have separate bedroom and living areas.
The hotel is offering all of the following complimentary to our group rate: breakfast buffet, evening cocktail reception, high speed internet in the guest rooms and meeting space, business center access, and access to the fitness center, which includes an indoor heated swimming pool.
This year the ASQDE banquet will be held outside of the hotel in the Indianapolis Artsgarden, which offers a spectacular view of the city. Connected to the skywalk to the hotel, the Artsgarden is a seven story, glass enclosed community space for banquets and art exhibits.
All of the food, culture, and fun of downtown Indianapolis is right outside the door of the Embassy Suites. The world-famous St. Elmo's Steakhouse and other fine dining is within walking distance. The Circle Center Mall, providing shopping as well as fast food, is connected to the hotel by a skywalk.
