Registration for the 73rd Annual General Meeting of the American Society of Questioned Document Examiners has begun. Use the form linked to this page to register with a credit card for the 2015 meeting, make your banquet selections, and order extra banquet tickets. The same form is used by both members and invited guests. Registration for the meeting includes admission to all social receptions, scientific sessions, one banquet ticket, and a compilation of the 2015 conference papers on a USB Flash Drive.  Registration fees are listed below. 

ASQDE MEMBERS ONLY: You can also use the form to register for an optional workshop and tour offsite at the Vincent Graves Greene Foundation, sponsored by Foster + Freeman, on Thursday August 13 (1:30 -5:00 pm).  Only 35 seats are available.

In addition, you can use the registration form to purchase tickets for your spouse and/or family members for the optional "Hop-On-Hop-Off" Toronto City Tour. The tickets are good for any three consecutive days from first use.  Ticket prices are $35.00 for adults, $31.50 for seniors (65+), and $22.00 for each child (3 to 12).  Children under 3 years old are free. The last tour of the day leaves at 5:00 pm.

The ASQDE uses PayPal for all credit card transactions. You do need a PayPal account to use this form. If you are having problems with the PayPal transaction, click here for possible reasons. If you don't want to use PayPal, and want to pay by check or need to use a purchase order, you can complete our PDF Registration Form, which can be mailed to the address on the registration form.  Credit cards can only be used when registering online through PayPal.

Attendance at the ASQDE meeting is limited to members and invited guests. Regular, Life, and Corresponding Members of the ASQDE may request a guest invitation from the Secretary.


Trainees and students may register at a reduced rate.  Trainees are individuals who have not yet completed their basic training as a forensic document examiner.  Students are full-time college students who have NOT entered the field of forensic document examination.  If there is a question as to whether an individual qualifies for this reduced rate, the decision of the ASQDE Executive Committee is final.

All requests for cancellation must be sent to the Nanette Davis, ASQDE Executive Assistant in writing via EMAIL. Telephone and fax cancellations are not accepted. If the registration is canceled, fees will be refunded as listed below.

 

Through 7/8/15 - Full refund, less $25.00 administrative fee

7/9/15 - 7/22/15 - 75% refund

7/23/15-8/1/15 - 50% refund

8/2/15 or later  - No refunds

 

 


 

Registration Procedures:

 

After completing the registration form, the PayPal website will open in a new window. Check to make sure that your registration information is correct. 

If you are registering on behalf of someone else (such as an agency representative registering their employee), please fill out the form as if you were the attendee. When you go to the payment screen in PayPal, there you will enter the appropriate billing information for you or your agency. You need the registrant's banquet choice to complete the registration (prime rib, teriyaki salmon, roast chicken, or the vegetarian option, eggplant with coconut curry). If your registration has either waived by us or paid by your agency, and you need to only order extra banquet tickets or tour tickets, use the second button below.

 

If you are not an ASQDE member, do not register for the meeting until you have received a written invitation from the ASQDE Secretary.  Registrations made without a written invitation from the Secretary will result in a cancellation of the registration and a $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the credit card.
